William Shipley is the Chairman of Shipley Energy, the largest locally owned provider of home heating energy in Central Pennsylvania. Shipley Energy supplies commercial and residential electricity, natural gas, propane, heating oil and home services.
William Shipley is dedicated towards supporting organizations that truly make a difference in the community. Mr. Shipley has dedicated the time, energy and money in order to support local organizations such as the YMCA, Salvation Army, Strand Capitol, Wellspan Health, The United Way and Junior Achievement among countless others. His commitment is to empower youth to have the opportunity to experience the transformative power of the arts.

Tom Flagg is the director, producer, and coordinator of the arts programs for Positive Energy Art Foundation. Mr. Flagg brings a wealth of expertise and experience having been involved in the performing arts industry for the past 40 years.
Tom Flagg is the President and Founder of Terpsichore SAND, Sanctuary for Art, Nature, and Dance. Terpsichore SAND is a non-profit organization located in New Jersey that promotes the awareness and appreciation of dance throughout eastern Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. Mr. Flagg is also the founder and executive director of Terpsichore Outreach Education, which is an organization devoted to producing educational workshop and performance packages for public schools throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Mr. Flagg’s career in the entertainment industry includes being an actor, producer, manager, and arts advocate. He has performed in the Off-Broadway productions of Balzaminov’s Wedding and Venus Cycle. As an actor, he has appeared in films As Good As It Gets, Dick Tracy, King of New York, and Woody Allen’s New York Stories and Radio Days. He has also appeared on television in Moonlighting and All My Children.
Mr. Flagg’s performing arts background combined with a work ethic, energy and passion for the arts will be contagious to those children, students, and individuals with whom he comes in contact. As a generous patron of the performing arts and dedicated supporter of community cultural events, Flagg has produced benefits for such organizations as the New York City Ballet and Dance Theatre of Harlem. He has provided support for local arts venues in and around his home in Central New Jersey in an effort to further homegrown arts ventures in local communities. From 2001-2006, Flagg has served on several boards and committees for arts education and dance.
Our aim is to create a positive environment with positive energy to bring the arts back up through the school system and community in order to create multi-platform experiences for kids.
Lora Abbott Tittiger is an educator with a multidisciplinary background which includes, business and nonprofit leadership experience. She taught preschool dance where she became passionate about teaching the total student. Currently Lora serves as an ESL (English as a Second Language) educator in the Harrisburg School District, serves on curriculum writing teams, the ESL advisory team, and is a mentor for new and student teachers. In the community, she volunteers in a leadership capacity for service and educational organizations. Lora is an advocate for using the arts to educate, enrich, and inspire learning.
Laura Bretz is the social media coordinator for Positive Energy Arts Foundation. She is responsible for developing and implementing a social media plan for the success of Positive Energy. Laura’s responsibilities include creating plans for social media, implementing them, generating and posting content, and photographing events. Laura graduated from the Art Institute of York and has had a passion for the arts since childhood.
Siya is Positive Energy Arts’ community coordinator and lives in York, PA. She handles the day-to-day operations of our community programming and has 3 years of Strategic Communications and Public Relations from Temple University. Like Positive Energy, Siya’s goal is to bring dance education to schools, libraries, etc. She is an entrepreneur, dancer and extremely creative, using her talents to create solutions and inspire socioeconomic change through arts programs.
